Acceptable Use Policy

Applies to every subdomain issued under tgtonu.top. It forms part of the Subdomain Licence Agreement.

1. Zero-tolerance — immediate termination, no notice

• Phishing, credential harvesting, or impersonation of any person or brand.
• Malware, ransomware, exploit kits, botnet command-and-control, or malware distribution.
• Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Fraud, investment scams, fake shops, or deceptive crypto schemes.
• Traffic to unlawful content under the laws applicable to you or to us.
• Unauthorised access to systems, port scanning, or DDoS traffic originating from the subdomain.

2. Requires prior written consent

• Bulk mail of any kind. Cold outreach and marketing email are not permitted by default.
• Public proxies, VPN exits, open resolvers, or Tor exit nodes.
• Services whose user-generated content you do not moderate.
• Content aimed at minors, gambling, or adult content.

3. Email and DNS policy

The root domain publishes a strict DMARC policy (p=reject; sp=reject). Mail that claims to come from the root domain, or from any subdomain without its own DMARC record, will be rejected by receiving systems. If you need mail from your subdomain, publish your own _dmarc record inside your subtree and make sure your sending domain is authenticated with SPF and DKIM.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are the operator of your subdomain and are responsible for everything published under it.
• Keep a working contact address. If a complaint concerns your subdomain, we must be able to reach you.
• Respond to complaints forwarded by us within 48 hours.
• Do not misrepresent your relationship with us or with the root domain.

5. Enforcement

For non-severe violations: a notice, then suspension, then termination. For the categories in section 1: immediate withdrawal of the delegation, without notice or refund. We may also disclose your details to the registrar, law enforcement, or a complainant where required or where we judge it necessary.

6. Reporting abuse

Send reports to abuse@example.com with the subdomain, a description, and any evidence (logs, screenshots, URLs). We acknowledge within one business day.
